Business administrators also have a duty to see to it that the enterprise maintains a favorable reputation, which helps people come back to it time and again.

When a business has problems, they need to see to it that they find solutions to them before they turn into problems. This is part of the job of business administration because the enterprise must provide the best possible services to its clients. In addition, the enterprise has a duty to ensure that its products or services are well maintained, so that it remains a viable entity in the long run. This type of organization must also make sure that it is able to offer a reasonable amount of assistance to customers and must be able to protect customers’ rights and interests.
