This is part of the job of business administration because the enterprise must provide the best possible services to its clients. In addition, the enterprise has a duty to ensure that its products or services are well maintained, so that it remains a viable entity in the long run. This type of organization must also make sure that it is able to offer a reasonable amount of assistance to customers and must be able to protect customers’ rights and interests.
