IntraLAN, the technology as a service specialist, has partnered with Xarios Technologies. IntraLAN is the first new partnership that Xarios has formed outside of its existing partner community of telephony providers.
Xarios provides powerful solutions for business communications, including unified communications, call analytics solutions and call recording technologies.
IntraLAN will be providing customers with Dimensions Voice, a comprehensive cloud communication solution enabling businesses to work flexibly, no matter the size or location.
Dimensions Voice users are contactable on any of their devices, whether they are working in the office, at home or are on the move, with all devices being associated to a single number. Calls in progress will follow the user to any device as they move locations. This increases productivity, strengthens customer relationships, and raises contact centre and business efficiency.
This partnership grows IntraLAN’s portfolio of IT, unified communications, connectivity, and cybersecurity and compliance services, including WorkIN, IntraLAN’s pioneering solution to keep the hybrid workplace and employees secure and accessible.
Robin Russell, Managing Director of Xarios Technologies, said: “Having the expertise of IntraLAN delivering Dimensions Voice will be fantastic for their customers. With their portfolio of complementary solutions for businesses and shared vision of providing the best possible service to customers we are looking forward to a very productive partnership.”
Peter Watson, Head of Sales of IntraLAN, said: “Our combined engineering talent and Microsoft credentials appeal to companies searching for solutions that enable safe, secure hybrid working. Xarios has built a feature rich unified communications platform that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams. We are excited to introduce our customers to what’s possible with Dimensions Voice.”
