The agency’s female-dominated workforce (an above-average split of 64%) and strides to hire entry-level interns firmly demonstrate Kaizen’s efforts to support women-in-tech and closing the digital skills gap as part of their growth.
These key hires also support Kaizen’s plans to include Paid Media and Influencer Marketing as part of their core offering, supporting their existing Digital PR and SEO services.
